My mission is to guide, enable and empower each athlete I work with to reach optimal performance in whatever is required of their body by using a unique multifaceted approach to training integrating soft tissue, functional movement, strength and power training protocols.
WHO I TRAIN
While predominately known for training golfers competing at the highest level, I train anyone looking to improve their body's overall function and performance. My list of clients includes pre/rehab patients, executives, NFL, PGA, LPGA, European Tour, Korn Ferry, collegiate, high school, competitive cheerleading and every day clients who just want more out of life.
Each client is treated as an individual athlete. Goals are discussed, injury pathology reviewed and an initial physical assessment is performed. The information gathered in the assessment is the launching pad for your individual training protocol. Not every athlete is ready to dive into elite performance levels. Some need to revisit fundamental movement protocols to prevent injury. Precise and specific programs are individualized for each athlete to reduce potential injury. There are no cookie cutter programs. Every training program is individually designed.
