PERFORMANCE TRAINING
All purpose general wellness training including mobility and strength protocols to help client in their specific health and wellness goals.
Programs are created and adjusted to meet the specific demands of your sport. This type of training is geared towards high school, collegiate, amateur and professional athletes that have a desire to reach a level of optimal physical performance.
CORRECTIVE EXERCISE
The demands of pre/rehab protocols require grater attention to detail in order to help prevent or recover from injury or surgery. After your physical therapy prescription expires it is wise to go a step further with a fitness training regimen to reduce the chance of further injury.
PLAYER DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMS
The player development program is geared toward the golfer who wants to elevate their game to the next level. The program is modeled after systems PGA Tour Players and their teams use to fine tune their games to the highest level. It consists of an evaluation of the player at all levels including physical aptitude, tournament preparation, player/instructor interaction, on course management, and statistical analysis and tournament scheduling.
Due to the nature of the Player Development Program, a minimum of 10 session commitment is required. A half day session is included with the purchase of a 10 session program. STRETCH THERAPY
Vibration therapy and manual soft tissue facilitated stretching techniques are used to increase the mobility of client.
